[ No, he's definitely not looking for an apology (at least not a verbal one), but he's not going to let this one slide like he has previously with Fiona, either. He's done worse to people who have done less to him, and maybe it's time he put his foot down -- he takes it far too easy on her, he thinks, far too often.

Her hand is around the cord, but she must know as well as him that she isn't going to make it to the door with the key. His hand on her neck is a pretty big obstacle for starters, and now he's pushing her up against a wall, not changing the pressure applied to his grip on her, but he's forceful enough to slam her against it. Doling out measured levels of pain. He's good at that. A pro.

His voice is low and deep now, laced with danger. Less casual, more of an edge. ]


Hardly. [ It stings a little, and it'll leave an incredibly irritating reminder for a few days. He'll just have to give her as good as he got. ] Do you want me to show you what 'hurt' looks like?
